Speakers

Tomáš Navrátil (Havel and Partners)

Tomáš Navrátil specialises in acquisitions and sales of companies, private equity / venture capital, corporate law, commercial law (with a  special focus on the law of obligations) and legal audits and legal due diligence.

In the area of venture capital, Tomáš has been involved in several transactions, namely on the part of investors but also on the part of founders (i.e. target companies) in recent years. In the area of acquisitions and sales of companies he has also advised buyers as well as sellers, in particular in the construction engineering industry.

Before joining the current law firm, he worked for several prominent Czech law companies.

Richard Baček (Siemens)

Richard Baček has been working in Siemens Czechia as General Counsel (head of Legal) for more than 10 years. He is responsible also for legal support of Siemens in Slovakia and Romania. Before joining Siemens, Richard worked in the Prague branch of an international law firm specialized on M&A, corporate, public procurement, competition and PPP projects. In addition to his working responsibilities, Richard Bacek is member of the Appeal Committee of the Czech National Bank and arbitrator at arbitration courts in Prague and Vienna. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Czech Company Lawyers Association.

Martin Fejfárek (FFK Legal)

Martin Fejfárek is a lawyer and founder of the law firm FFK Legal. He helps to make small projects big and big ones even bigger. He focuses on strategic consulting, intellectual property law, healthcare and online law.

He sees keeping up with innovations and new technologies as a challenge for himself and with current advocacy. As a co-founder, he is also involved in the “Compensate Me!” project.

Lucie Ottinger (Ženy v právu)

Lucie Ottinger is one of five co-founders of Ženy v právu/Women in Law, a community of female professionals working in the legal space in the Czech Republic.
