Everyone is very welcome to the next Startup Grind Prague powered by Grow with Google and LXVI! In March we’ll host a panel discussion about HR Superpowers with speakers:

Tereza Machackova (People Ops Lead, Productboard)

Lucie Chladova (Recruitment Lead, Y Soft)

The panel discussion will be moderated by Petr Skondrojanis (Founder, Cocuma) who is actively involved in company culture, mentoring and changing the perception of HR, giving him a strong background and a lot of experience in this field.

Main partner of this event is Microsoft for Startups.

We will discuss:

1. What are the key HR challenges for startups and how to deal with them?

2. Top HR tools, tips, and tricks to boost your recruitment to the top?

Speakers

Tereza Machackova (People Ops Lead, Productboard)
Tereza has been the first member of People Operations at productboard, and next to growing her own team and establishing the core HR and talent processes, she helped to scale this tech startup from 24 employees up to 140 in a year and a half.
Besides building a love brand from productboard, Tereza also co-founded the information exchange DisruptHR Prague, she mentors the FemmePalette mentees, empowers women in learning how to code through Reactgirls Prague, and many many more!

Lucie Chladova (Recruitment Lead, Y Soft)
Lucie started as a recruiter in Kiwi.com, building up my know-how about what works and what not when hiring 60 ppl per month. Later on she moved towards employer branding and HR tech – smart recruitment tooling and data. Currently She is in the role of Recruitment Lead in Y Soft. For her recruitment and HR feels endless playground where technology meets humans in order to bring the best results. She tend to support well-thought smart business solutions that enable people to have fun while they’re growing into better professionals.

Petr Skondrojanis (Founder, Cocuma)
Has been involved in the recruitment/HR business since the age of 18. He established the portal cocuma.cz which helps companies with content that they can with pride propagate beyond the confines of their offices and which people from the outside will trust. He is actively involved in company culture, mentoring and changing the perception of HR. He oposses against nonsense, egocentrism and opportunism in business.
