At Female Leaders events, we are proudly recognizing the accomplishments of successful women leaders all over the world. These women are founders, venture capitalists, engineers, executives and more, who represent our community.

This time it will be a panel discussion and it will be held in CZECH!

Speakers

Daniela Pešková (Member of the Board of Directors responsible for Retail banking, Česká spořitelna)
The highest-ranked Czech female banker, who successfully combines career with family and care of her three kids. Daniela has been in bank management positions in the Czech Republic as well as abroad working for GE in UK and Hungary and for Tatrabanka in Slovakia. She has been working for Česká spořitelna since 2007, and she has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 2016.

Irena Zatloukalová (Managing Partner, Fenek PR)
Irena has been working as a communication strategist practically since the beginning of her career. She started in Ogilvy and then in the positions of press spokespersons at ČSOB and Hypoteční banka, and later anchored in Seznam for seven years, where she built both external and internal communication. She also brings this experience to the Fenek PR agency, which he owns together with Jiří Vicherek in which they focus primarily on the technology market and the companies that operate in it.

Alžběta Králová (IPM, Founder)
Founder and Managing Partner of IPM Consulting, s.r.o. and Founder of and Political Consultant for the Institute of Political Marketing. Králová gained experience abroad where she worked on winning campaigns in the United States and France. Transferring and adapting trends and tools from campaign management to the Czech environment help Alzbeta set up contributions and professionalize campaigns. She has received four professional prizes for her work such as the Czech PR Award and in the Young Lions competition. The focuses of her work include the development of political marketing, campaigning, creating communication strategies, consistent brand building and on public education. Alzbeta took part in a prestigious program from the US government – International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and now she is the vice-president of the Czech Club of the IVLP Alumni. In the IPM, she leads Czech and foreign internship programs, provides expert commentary to the media, and supports active civil society. Her long-term goal is to motivate and help women to actively apply for elected positions.

Lilia Khousnoutdinová (Founder, Women’s Stories)
Lilia Khousnoutdinova is a lecturer, publicist, designer, doula, traveler, chairman of the Friends of Bhutan Association in the Czech Republic, founder and board member, representative of the Happy Czech Foundation.
She is the founder and coordinator of the “Women’s Stories” project and also of the “Path of Ecstasy” project to support online education and mentoring. Lilia is the founder of several social entrepreneurship initiatives and the curator of women’s startups.
Graduate of the lecturer’s course Hypnoporod (The Morgan Method) Certified instructor SUNDOOR (r) – firewalking, glass walking, arrow breaking, rod bending and board breaking
