At Female Leaders events, we are proudly recognizing the accomplishments of successful women leaders all over the world. These women are founders, venture capitalists, engineers, executives and more, who represent our community.
This time it will be a panel discussion that will be online streamed. The event will be held in CZECH!

Pavlína Louženská (Founder, #HolkyzMarketingu)
Pavlína is a founder of #HolkyzMarketingu which has grown into 20 000+ women network with regular workshops and meet-ups. She has 15+ years of experience in training and 10+ years in a managing role both in start-ups and corporations: led teams of 2 to 120 people. Her domain expertise is in fashion, design, startups and technology. She is a Lead Mentor for Google for Startups Accelerator since 2017 and in many other startup accelerators. She mentored business, product, management and growth in 10+ countries to over 100 companies in 2019. Pavlína is host of Startup Grind Female Leaders since 2019.
Dita Přikrylová (CEO & Founder, Czechitas)
Dita Prikrylova is a founder and CEO of non-profit organization Czechitas, which is inspiring and educating women and youth in IT and digital skills. She graduated from a System engineering and Applied computer science degree. Besides Czechitas she co-founded numerous educational projects such as Academy of Programming by Microsoft, swiss Powercoders, Datagirls concept, and Czech Greenfox Academy. She is listed Forbes 30 under 30, CESA Female Role Model and European Citizen 2018. Her passion is education, innovations, technology, social entrepreneurship, kitesurfing and many adrenalin adventures.
Ivana Židová (Account Executive, LinkedIn)
Ivana as an Account Executive for Slovakia and Czech Republic at LinkedIn is responsible for new business in those two countries, reporting directly to Head of CEE. She joined LinkedIn in 2017 as a consultant for CEE and Africa and has been promoted to her current role in 2018. Prior to LinkedIn, she was EMEA Recruitment Manager at a global software company. She studied Information Management and Digital Marketing in the Czech Republic, France, and Ireland. She is an optimistic enthusiast of technology. She is a passionate world explorer, loves mountains and so far hiked in 20 European countries and 3 states of the USA.
Jitka Hájková (IT Manager CZ, SK, HU, Philip Morris)
IT professional and people manager with background from big corporations, mainly from telecommunication, banking and newly FMCG area. Focused on culture and process transformations as well as on efficiency and way of working improvements. Despite extend knowledge of techniques and methodologies, in real life more rely on their combination with company context, people needs and looking for solutions with positive attitude to resolving issues. Mother of two teenage daughters who are keeping her continuously in realistic feedback loop.
