Currently, Eliška works as a senior footwear designer at Camper Lab and Camper, where she also leads the innovation team. In 2016, Eliška attained a master´s degree in the Studio of Fashion and Footwear at the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague, with the main focus on innovative sustainable constructions of footwear. At the same university, she also took a study-internship in the Studio of Product Design. In 2011 she founded the footwear brand Cutulum.

With 10 years of experience as a journalist for online and print magazines, including his podcast F-Tapes, Hlava has helped shape Slovak streetwear culture with his trend forecasting and fashion criticism articles. Since 2016, he is trying to build solid foundation and infrastructure by business mentorship and graphic design collaborations for local independent fashion brands.
