In September we’ll live stream from Czechia, Europe amazing event with extraordinary speakers Carlos Alimurung (CEO, ONE Esports), Peter PPD Dager (Founder, North American Dota Challengers League), Ladislav Dyntar (Founder, eSuba), David Kaparzo Lacina (Esport Player), Lukas Pleskot (Founding Member, PLAYzone) and Martin Rohacek (Secretary, Czech Esport Association)!

Carlos is the CEO of ONE Esports, the esports arm of ONE Championship. He is responsible for the overall vision and execution of ONE Esports’ strategy and has P&L ownership of the business. Carlos joined ONE Esports as the former Chief Business Officer of Battlefy, the world’s largest open esports competition platform, managing revenue generation, business development, marketing, social media, and product support.

About Peter:

Peter “PPD” Dager, the founder of the North American Dota Challengers League, he was in the past the captain of the Ninjas in Pyjamas DOTA2 Team. He is best known for his time captaining and playing Position 5 for Evil Geniuses wherein 2015 he won The International and finished third (2x) and 7th in his other three-player appearances. He also spent a year as the CEO of Evil Geniuses, extending the brand into two other esport categories and attended TI7 as an analyst. Until his tenure as the CEO, he spent 3-years as the leading career tournament money winner in all of esports.

Carlos Alimurung (CEO, ONE Esports)
Carlos is the CEO of ONE Esports, the esports arm of ONE Championship. He is responsible for the overall vision and execution of ONE Esports’ strategy and has P&L ownership of the business. Carlos joined ONE Esports as the former Chief Business Officer of Battlefy, the world’s largest open esports competition platform, managing revenue generation, business development, marketing, social media, and product support.
Prior to Battlefy, Carlos worked at Univision, where as SVP of Corporate Business Development, he was responsible for corporate venture investments and new business development. Carlos also previously served as the Head of Strategy for LG Electronics’ NA consumer electronics business, focusing on partnering with retailers in innovative ways while developing the company’s connected device strategy.
Carlos began his career as a management consultant at Marakon Associates, where he advised clients in the US, UK, Brazil, and Singapore. He also served in the AmeriCorps*NCCC program, helping communities along the US East Coast and Puerto Rico across a wide spectrum of needs.
Carlos is an active investor and mentor in the startup community. He mentored companies at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship’s MIT NYC Startup Studio, as well as the Kaplan TechStars and R/GA Techstars accelerator programs.
He was awarded a McKinsey & Company Fellowship during his MBA at MIT Sloan, and he graduated Cum

Peter PPD Dager (Founder, North American Dota Challengers League)
Peter “PPD” Dager, the founder of the North American Dota Challengers League, he was in the past the captain of the Ninjas in Pyjamas DOTA2 Team. Until his tenure as the CEO, he spent 3-years as the leading career tournament money winner in all of esports.
The initial season of the North American Dota Challengers League officially launched October 2018 immediately following the first Valve minor qualifier. The league continues throughout the year while avoiding any conflicting dates with the DPC qualifiers. The Challengers League’s goal will be to create a Dota Minor League within North America.

As an esports personality, Peter has over 150K Twitter, 135K Twitch, 68K YouTube, and 40K Instagram followers. His YouTube channel has garnered close to 7 million views and though limited because of tournaments play a Twitter Stream with over 10 million views. His outspoken personality has developed a vocal following that extends his social media to reach substantially.

Ladislav Dyntar (Founder, eSuba)
eSuba is the largest and most famous gaming team that Ladislav founded 15 years ago. This group of professional players and influencers travels around the world every year and achieves success in local and international competitions.

In the last six years, eSuba has expanded its activities and, as an agency, offers its partners services in reaching the hard-to-reach young generation. It works as a gaming agency for companies such as Red Bull, Dáme potravin, CZC, Samsung or, for example, Intel, for which it covers the entire CEE region, from Poland to Ukraine.

Lukas Pleskot (Founding Member, PLAYzone)
Founding member of the Association and owner of the largest Czech sports agency PLAYzone. He has been active in the field of organizers of sports competitions since 2004. His agency organizes the official Championship of the Czech Republic in computer, mobile and console games.

Martin Rohacek (Secretary, Czech Esport Association)
Martin works as a secretary in the Czech Esport Association and a PR manager for sports in PLAYzone and FTV Prima. Its main task is to raise awareness of competitive gaming among a wider audience and cooperation with the media. However, he has been interested in sports for almost 17 years, when he started playing and watching competitions in the game Warcraft III: Frozen Throne. Today, in his spare time, he plays Dota 2.

David Kaparzo Lacina (Esport Player)
Streamer, gamer, an influencer in the field of sports, Co-Founder Team Gravity, 2014 MČR winner neophyte, 2015 2nd eSuba, David still works as a player focusing on finding young talent. David work as well as an analyst in a studio in leagues eleague, cool league etc.
